Our Teens Fitness class is a strength and conditioning class developed for 12-17 year olds and is always scalable based upon your teen’s ability. Your teens will learn to activate the right muscles for lifting weights, gain strength at a pace that is age appropriate, and incorporate healthy recovery routines such as foam rolling and stretching. Our program will help improve any weakness or imbalances to augment their sports performance as well as reduce injuries.
Teen Fitness focuses on team building and camaraderie rather than competition and numbers based metrics. The foundation of the class to build a strong structure, move in all the planes and ranges a human body is bio-mechanically made to move, and create a strong mind muscle connection. Each class focuses on at least 3 strength lifts, where the teens are required to determine their warm up sets and track progress. Some days we incorporate sled pushing, box jumping, rope climbing, and body building. But every class will build your teen's knowledge, confidence, and athleticism in way that will lead to life-long habits and growth.
